One of Pacific Islanders’ Cultural Association's (PICA) goals is to remain diligent in its efforts to celebrate together by sharing diverse cultures and encouraging young people to commit to higher goals, with academic scholarships that are awarded every year at PICA's annual festival.

 

To date, PICA has been able to award over $115,000-$150,000 to deserving students.

 

Students must have a home residence in an eligible California county.
